DESIGN CONCIERGE™
When it looks complicated, we find a clear solution.
Design Concierge™
PURPOSE
Design Concierge™ gives clients direct access to senior-level design thinking at the moment a project needs clarity, direction or a decisive creative intervention. It is designed to resolve a defined design question quickly, intelligently and with enough specificity to move the project forward.
Ideal for clients and design teams that need trusted senior input on a defined challenge, selected space, smaller project, design direction or critical decision — without committing to a traditional full-scope appointment.
THE ENGAGEMENT
A focused, fixed-scope appointment tailored to the decision at hand. The client provides the relevant brief, plans, photographs, existing design material and key constraints; Puricelli Design reviews the project and returns clear, project-specific direction. Typical applications range from individual spaces and smaller projects to villas and boutique hospitality projects. Scope is defined by complexity, project stage and required depth rather than area alone.
Typical applications: Layout and concept review; design direction; moodboards; selected interior concept; materials and FF&E; guest journey; spa / wellness areas; second opinions; annotated plans; concept sketches; decision support.
WAYS TO APPOINT
Focused Review — one clearly defined design question, decision or review point.
Design Sprint — concentrated design direction over a short period where several connected decisions need to be resolved together.
Ongoing Concierge Advisory — recurring senior design input across selected decisions or project stages.
TYPICAL PROJECT SCALE
Design Concierge™ is intentionally flexible. Typical appointments may include selected spaces or project areas up to approximately 200 m²; individual villas and residences up to approximately 500 m²; boutique hospitality projects potentially up to approximately 2,000 m² where the role is advisory, review-based or focused on a clearly defined intervention; and selected zones within larger hotels and resorts.
Scope is determined by the complexity of the design question, number of decisions, project stage and required depth of involvement — not by area alone.
TYPICAL DELIVERABLES
Depending on the appointment, outputs may include written recommendations; annotated plans or images; concept sketches; visual direction; review comments; priority action lists; decision notes; and clear next-step recommendations.
THE PROCESS
01 BRIEF Define the design question, decision or area requiring senior input.
02 REVIEW Assess the existing material, constraints, opportunities and design logic.
03 DIRECTION Develop a clear creative and strategic response at the appropriate level of detail.
04 DECISION Translate the response into practical priorities and next actions the client can use immediately.
CLIENT OUTCOME
Faster, higher-confidence design decisions and senior-level clarity without the cost or complexity of appointing a complete design service. Where the project requires deeper involvement, the engagement can transition into a Core Service appointment.
→ A defined design problem is converted into a clear direction.
→ Critical decisions can be made faster, with stronger design confidence.
→ Early correction can reduce unnecessary redesign, cost and loss of project momentum.
→ The client gains senior design input without the weight of a full appointment.
NEXT STAGE
The appointment may conclude with a standalone recommendation, or progress into an extended Design Concierge™ Sprint, project-specific design direction, interior architecture / design support, or another Puricelli Design specialist service where the project would benefit from deeper involvement.
